What will you learn and get out of a Reiki 1 Course?
You will learn and practise everything that you need to so that when you leave at the end you will be able to use Reiki whenever you want on yourself, your family, your friends, your pets, your plants…
We will cover:
- an introduction into Reiki – what it is and how it works
- the history of Reiki
- the 5 Reiki principles – simple guidance for living life well
- an Initiation and Attunement ceremony
- basic anatomy
- giving a Reiki Self Treatment (including lots of practise)
- how to give Reiki to others (again, including lots of practise)
- the 14 classical Reiki hand positions
- Reiki in special circumstances including pregnancy, babies, children and palliative care
- Reiki for animals, plants, food, water…whatever else you can think of
- an Introduction to the 7 Chakra system
- beginning your 21 day self practise journey
After the course ends I am ALWAYS available to you to answer any questions. You can also join my private Facebook group and we can organise Reiki Share Circles if you would like to participate in these. There are also 2 further levels of Reiki to undertake! This is far from the end of your Reiki journey…it’s just the wonderful beginning! **NB. You need to allow a 3 month assimilation gap between completing Reiki 1 and moving onto Reiki 2**

Reiki 1 Course Details
The Level 1 Bellarine Reiki Course runs for a total of 12 hours, over 2 days, usually one 8 hour day and one 4 hour day but this is flexible.
Cost is $350. A 50% ($175) deposit is required on booking (this is non-refundable but is transferable to a future course). The balance is required no less than 1 week prior to the course start date. Please feel free to contact me if you need to make a different arrangement.
Drinks and Snacks will be provided throughout the course.
Courses are held in Ocean Grove, Victoria. Address details are provided when you book in.
The next course will be held on Thursday 10th September and Friday 11th September, 9.30am – 3.30pm both days. A minimum of 3 students is required for the course to go ahead.
