Cancellation Policy

When you book an appointment at Evenstar Wellbeing, that appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.

We understand that sometimes circumstances arise that prevent you from keeping your appointment, but please remember to be thoughtful towards us and our other clients by notifying us 24 hours prior to your appointment to cancel or reschedule if you cannot make it.

You can advise of your inability to attend by telephone, SMS, email or by completing our Contact Us form.  If you booked through our online booking service you can also cancel your appointment directly through there. Please ensure that confirmation of your cancellation is received within 2 hours and if not please SMS Arwen directly on: +61 400 007 241.

Please do notify us as soon as you know you cannot make your appointment so that we can provide service to another client instead.

Unattended appointments that are not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will incur a cancellation fee equal to 75% of the price of the service booked.  If you paid prior to a session that you subsequently cancel any refund due can only be made via bank transfer.
