I much prefer to talk about intentions for the new year, rather than resolutions! The word 'intention' to me has a much deeper, internal, more feminine energy than 'resolution', which sounds so external and hard! The best time for writing intentions for the new year is arguably with the first new moon of the year - as this energy always supports us to the sow the seeds of what we want to reap in the future.
