Remote / Online Reiki

If you can’t come to one of our studios you can book a Remote Reiki session.

Remote Reiki is based on the principles of quantum physics – everything is energy – and we are all made up of atoms of the same matter. Unlike electricity, the Universal Energy that we use in Reiki is around all of us, all the time, so it can be ‘conducted’ anywhere through this constant connection.

At the start of the Remote Reiki consultation we’ll have a chat via Zoom (video conferencing) or telephone to set your intentions for the session. When we end the call you will need to ensure that you are in a calm space where you can lie down and remain undisturbed for the remainder of the session, and we will remotely send the Reiki energy to you, wherever you are.

Aromatherapy Massage

Evenstar Wellbeing offers a extremely relaxing, gentle massage using the Aromatouch Technique®. This is a clinical approach to applying essential oils, designed to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system and counteract the effects of the many stressors in modern life, bringing back balance.

The massage uses specific essential oils to work on the meridians (energy channels) of the body.

The neck, back, ears and feet will be treated.

Allow 1 hour for the consultation.

NB. This is not a standard Relaxation Massage. If you are after specific muscle relaxation work or therapeutic massage we would recommend that you contact Feeling Healthy in Melbourne’s west and Kew Holistic Health in Melbourne’s east.

The Relax & Heal 3 Pack gives you the opportunity to fully immerse in healing the whole you with 3 Sessions!

You will always take away benefits from one session but if you have a wellbeing concern that you have been dealing with for some time, resulting from one or more deep ‘wounds’ that need healing, it will take more than one session to bring about the relaxation and healing that you need to achieve lasting change.
