Stress and productivity are intimately tied together.  Many people are working longer and longer hours to try to get through the never-ending to-do list.  Does this sound like you?

This often then means that the to-do list for your life outside of work never gets anything crossed off it, and the people that you would really prefer to be spending more time with than your colleagues get to see very little of you and when they do you are exhausted and cranky.  Sounding even more familiar?

The problem is that in fact the more stressed we are, the less productive we are, and by the same token the more hours you work the less you get done!

So how can you reduce stress and increase productivity naturally?  There are many things that you can do and Evenstar Wellbeing is here to help!

Unfortunately our super powers do not extend to being able to wipe things off your to-do list or making your clients much easier to deal with or stopping the photocopier breaking down at the worst possible moment!  However, our Wellbeing in the Workplace services involve us working with you and your staff to improve how they deal with stressful situations, thereby reducing stress levels and increasing productivity.

We consult with Wellbeing in the Workplace participants individually in regards to their wellbeing (physical, mental, emotional and spiritual) – looking at the underlying causes or any issues, rather than just focussing on symptoms.  We provide participants with proactive, preventative measures that they can undertake themselves to reduce their stress levels.  We also provide them with increased, balanced energy using a variety of techniques including reiki, aromatherapy and kinesiology in order to hasten and enhance their stress-reduction journey.

Wellbeing in the Workplace is designed to be provided on your site.  However if you don’t have a suitable space for this to occur at your workplace we can offer alternative arrangements whereby participants have their consultations at Evenstar premises or even by Distance.

Wellbeing Wake Up
One month program with participants receiving 4 x 1 hour sessions where they dive in deep to look at what they can do to quickly reduce their stress levels and increase their productivity

Power Productivity
Following the Wellbeing Wake Up program individualised programs will be created to continue each participant’s journey of increased productivity through stress reduction, with ongoing sessions being scheduled at 2-4 weeks intervals, depending on requirements
