We have 7 main energy centres in the body.  These energy centres operate on all levels – physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Different systems call the energy centres different names, but almost all traditional systems of medicine recognise these energy centres as well as other minor energy centres, and energy pathways. In my practice I refer to the energy centres as the Chakras – which comes from the Indian tradition.  Many energy healers work with the Chakras. Work Life Balance for Career Wellbeing

How is your Work Life Balance?  Really?  Your energetic balance and the ability for your spiritual, emotional and physical body to heal itself is affected by the balance of your life.  Do you make enough time to do things other than work?  Do you switch your brain off from work stuff for enough time each day, and especially on weekends?
