Pisces Season

Well I don’t know about you but I’ve found Aquarius Season 2022 pretty full on! There have been a lot of happenings and conversations between the planets so it’s certainly not just because the Sun is sitting in the constellation of unusual, out there Aquarius! Any hoo, I’m about ready to escape into Pisces season! Escapism, mysticism, intuition and inspiration are all flavours of this final season of the zodiac. Please do be aware that I work with the true sidereal zodiac, which considers astrology from the actual placement of the stars in the current time. Sidereal Pisces - March 10th to April 22nd The Sun actually rises in the constellation of Pisces from 10th March through to 22nd April 2022. I am currently based in Melbourne, Australia so depending on where you are in the world the change of sign may occur across the dateline and be a day ‘earlier’ for you, than it is for me. How to get in touch with your Spiritual side

How to get in touch with your spiritual side How "spiritual" are you? Do you have a regular spiritual practise?  What do either of those questions even mean to you? Well, I'm guessing that if you decided to read this Blog you would like to bring some more spirituality into your life!  The good news is that you're about to learn some entirely practical ways to get in touch with your spiritual side, and once you have opened that connection it will be much easier for you to relate to and feel 'spiritual'. Connection Energy I call your spiritual side your "Connection Energy".  This is the last of the 7 Essential Energies and is more commonly known as the 7th or Crown Chakra.  I call it Connection Energy because to me it is all about connecting ourselves to the collective energy of humanity, connecting to all other living beings in whatever way is meaningful to us, and also connecting to any higher powers that you may believe in.  What do I mean by higher powers? I mean Gods, Ancestors, Spirits, Universal Energy and your Higher Self or Soul.  What I mean, is really whatever higher powers mean to you... The centre of your connection energy in the physical body is on the very top of your head. This energy is on the same vibration as the colour white on the

Some common physical or emotional signs and symptoms of 7th Chakra imbalance are: acute or dulled sense of pain neurological issues numbness having the looks and energy of someone much older or younger than you are sensitivity to surroundings abnormal day/ night patterns headache or migraine pineal gland issues If these are things that you are regularly dealing with in your physical life then you might like to consider bringing back some more balance into the Crown of your energy.  This video will give you further insight into how to tell if you do have an imbalanced 7th Chakra and also what to do about it if you do! If you would prefer to read the full text of the Blog, it was published by Sivana. I mention that you can use Crystals and Essential Oils to help promote balance through the Surroundings aspect of Evenstar 5 Star Wellbeing.  These are the ones that I would recommend for your Crown Chakra: Crystals Diamond – spiritual evolution, life purpose, brain health Sapphire –
