Autumn Equinox – release, integrate and manifest

The third week in multi-coloured March – filled with weather of all varieties (here in Victoria at least!), the last of the summer fruits and the first of the winter ones – brings us a super special time to celebrate both the Full Moon (in Libra this month) and the Autumn Equinox.  Their energies are very complementary supporting release and balance. Bring the Yin back in Autumn is the time of year where we can take the hint from the leaves on the trees and really start to let go of the things that have become hard and dry and no longer nourish us.  The leaves that were green – the beating heart of the tree, allowing the plant to feed itself – are changing. Their colours are turning orange and red and reminding us that we need to begin to ground again, to return to the energies of our sacral and root chakras, to reconnect with the earth – to slow and turn inwards again, accessing our own Yin energy once more after the firey heat and outward focussed Yang energy of summer. Surrender and Flow in March

March New Moon The March new moon occurred when most of us were fast asleep, just before 3am on the morning of Thursday 7thMarch.  We can always look forward to new moon energy to help us to set goals and intentions for the coming month.  This March new moon is however in the watery sign of Pisces, and so we are really best served to go with the energetic flow – less thinking, more being.  This energy continues through until the next full moon on 21st March. It is hard in our left-brain centric world to feel that we can surrender conscious thought and planning, and instead just allow the space for what is meant to come into our lives, to come.  At this time we still need to have a clear vision of what it is that we want – the universe will only be confused otherwise – and simply ask for it. Release & Trust Release the need to know how or when your desired person, thing, or outcome will be manifested into your physical world and simply trust that it will.  Be open to receiving and what is meant to come to you, for your highest good, will arrive in the divine right time.  Of course the right time may not be just now. Relax, breathe, trust.
