Breath Easy Essential Oil

I had a meeting with my lovely digital marketing guru Lainie, last week, and she was really under the weather with a runny nose and feeling very chesty. We had a lot to get through and limited time so unfortunately I couldn’t give her any Reiki (I do keep offering though!)

When she left I plied her with two fantastic doTerra products that I use all the time, especially with my kids over winter. Firstly, the Easy Air, or Breathe, oil blend that is a fantastic natural alternative to Vicks vapour rub to use aromatically (in a diffuser) or topically – on your chest and throat, and the bottoms of your feet. This will help to clear your airways and can be used at night to aid with sleeping without disturbing the whole family, as well as during the day to soldier on through school or work.

I also gave Lainie some On Guard throat lozenges which I have to say my children don’t like (‘too spicy’) but the On Guard products are my go-to as soon as anyone around me has even an inkling that they are coming down with a cold.
